Dear Sunnyvale Families,
As part of our ongoing commitment to provide your child with the best possible soccer experience, Sunnyvale has partnered with UK International Soccer (UKIS) to assist us with bringing coaches to our clubs from The United Kingdom.
UKIS run a ‘Host A Coach’ program and will be looking for families to accommodate staff, who will be coming to join the Sunnyvale soccer program starting the week of March 12th.
Hosting a UKIS Soccer Coach allows you and your family to learn all about another culture, whilst also having a live-in specialist to enhance your soccer education. And for the Coach, they get to enjoy and appreciate a real American lifestyle!
Requirements:
- Coaches will need a private place to sleep, plus access to washing facilities.
- There is no expectation for you to provide food, although you are always welcome to invite the Coach to join you for meals.
- All Coaches will have access to transport, so there is no requirement for you to provide any for them
- All UK International Soccer Coaches are vaccinated against COVID-19 and have been thoroughly vetted and background checked
You Receive:
- Your child will receive a FREE place/reimbursement on a UKIS program of your choice;
- Your UKIS Coach will provide your children with one FREE private 1-on-1 coaching session each week during their stay
- All UK International Soccer Coaches are vaccinated against COVID-19 and have been thoroughly vetted and background checked
