We worked on the budget and Brian is preparing final copy to be submitted to Area/National. As soon as I get a copy, I'll forward it to you. Part of the budget included the following:
Golden Gate Camp: Approved 5 referee staff and 5 coach staff.
Coaches shirts-Going back to having one solid color for Sunnyvale to help lower cost. We decided Black and white is the color for Sunnyvale. Coaches U5-U10 will get t-shirts, coaches U12-National will get Polo type shirts with the certification on them.
Uniforms-We have decided that for Spring Select we will be going with one type of style and colors for both girls and boys.
Referee/Coaches appreciation dinner is approved and budgeted for. Referee have a budget to meet for dinner at least 1time during the Spring Season and at least 2 times during the fall.
Uk International-Last year schedule worked out and we are going to do the same this year. A few weeks before the season having camps for registered players. A few weeks for new coaches and a few weeks for returning coaches.

Based on the budget we came up with $130.
I didn't receive any designs from the kids in the region so we had PSI create two different design to choose from. Our incoming RC, Margaret has voted and we are going to go with Option #2. We will order 525.
