National Girls Team G-14

Not all educational experiences come from a classroom setting. For the first time in AYSO history our Sunnyvale region #44 under 14 Girls has qualified to go to AYSO National Soccer Games in Florida in July 2010.

Research is has shown that organized sports for girls in our age bracket (12 and 13 years old) have the most positive influence on their life and their self-esteem.

Currently, we have assembled a 15 girl squad of the most dedicated girls in Sunnyvale. They are now learning what it means to train as a high level competitive team, fundraise, manage their time and mastering their individual soccer skills along with learning how to use them seamlessly as a team.

We need your help to get to Florida in July 2010. Throughout the year we will be doing various fundraisers to earn the estimated $20,000 needed to get the whole squad there for the 5 day event. Your contribution will also help pay for tournaments throughout the year to prepare for Florida.

Your company's tax deductable contribution whether made in product, service or cash will help these 15 girls make it to Florida. In return, we will place your business name and or logo on our website and list it at all of our fund raising events.

In addition, we are putting together workshops with the Stanford Women's team including involving coach Paul Ratcliffe, having mini tournaments using a revolutionary new training product Kicks Kube, selling and or raffling your products at tournaments and store fronts.
